Essaouira, white city on a rocky peninsula

The city Essaouira is also been known by its Portuguese name of Mogador, it is indeed a unique city of Morocco. An amazing mix of architecture, behind high fortress walls that originally enclosed the city battered by waves during high tides, an ocean that fills surfers and divers. The Medina of Essaouira has been listerd as an international Heritage, it is the place where you can find small arts and crafts businesses, this beautiful city is also known by its souk of spices and traditional cloths and jewelry, by its Riads and small art galleries.
